1 Hour Single Session

Your sleep is not too bad, but you have a few issues that you want to resolve. Or just a good place to start if you're not ready for a full-on coaching program.

Program consists of:

  • In-depth sleep assessment 

  • 1 x 45 minute initial call; 5 x 30 minute calls

  • Personalized sleep plan 

  • Sleep journal 

  • Sleep Education + Resources

  • Sleep Strategies + Tools for Life 

  • Accountability + Support  

  • Email support 

  • Follow up call 

6 Week Program 

This customized coaching program takes an in-depth assessment, taking a holistic approach to create lasting solutions to your sleep and energy challenges. Provides strategies and accountability, review of your lifestyle + habits, and uses the relevant modalities to improve and upgrade your sleep once and for all. 

Suitable for:

  • Individuals who have trouble getting sufficient quality sleep  

  • Clients who have insomnia, mild sleeping disorders, sudden sleep issues

  • Clients whose daily life is affected by lack of sleep, and fatigue 

  • Those who want to improve areas of their life through better sleep 

3 Session Package

You have a few sleep challenges, but like to do things at your own pace. This package allows us to prioritize your top challenges in the first consult, and then later address your sleep and energy concerns as they come up. 

Program consists of:

  • 3 single sessions that can be used within a 6 month period. 

  • 1 hour initial phone call, 2 x 40 minute calls  

  • Personalized sleep and/or energy plan 

  • Sleep Education

  • 15 min follow up call
